Online Access
Before you can start using online facilities, you must register your details for this service. It’s quick and easy to register, simply follow the steps below:
- Ask at reception for a registration form. This form provides all the information you need to register to use the EMIS Access internet facilities. We can also send out via email.
Once you have completed the form and returned it back to the practice they will issue you with the following information:
- PIN
- Practice ID Number
- Access ID
- NHS Number
- Please go to the EMIS website to register your account and enter your personal registration details. If the information does not match, your registration will not be accepted.
Once you have EMIS Access you will be able to do the following:
- Create your account
- Book an appointment
- Order repeat prescription
