Practice Nurses Appointments can be made with the nurses on every day.

Please remember that if you no longer need your appointment to cancel in good time as failure to attend is a waste of appointments. missed appointments increases waiting times for appointments, generates frustrations for staff & patients and is a waste of resources.
If you have an urgent problem that will not wait until the next available appointment, please phone the surgery before 10am.

You will be asked for a contact phone number and some information concerning the problem. A doctor will phone you back as soon as possible to discuss your problem. If an appointment is necessary, the doctor will arrange a mutually convenient time which in many cases will be that day.

If you have a general enquiry or need the results of tests - please phone after midday as the phone lines are very busy in the morning. Test results will only be given to the patient or parents/guardians of children.
